Friends of American Writers Literary Award

I’m honored that Freshwater Boys was named a finalist for the Friends of American Writers Literary Award, which recognizes emerging writers from the Midwest. This organization has recognized some of the great poets and fiction writers over the past century, and it’s both thrilling and humbling to be mentioned in the same breath.
